Sant Baba Bhag Singh Institute of Nursing is an exceptional place to pursue nursing education in accordance with the foresight and vision of our Founder Hon'ble Chairman, Late Sant Baba Malkit Singh Ji and present Chairman Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji to prepare professional nurses, in order to improve standards of nursing service through quality education. Since its establishment in 2007 as an independent institution of Nursing was envisioned to be a leading college in the region in areas of nursing education, service and research. In the Institute of Nursing, we believe that truly successful organizations in the service of humanity are built under deep commitment to excellence and strategic partnerships. It is in this belief that drives our mission to actively participate in meeting the needs, shaping, and advancing healthcare globally.

Today, as a result of years of quality and excellent work, many remarkable achievements have been accomplished that made our Institute of Nursing a reputable destination in the region for quality nursing education. We offer programmes starting from Auxiliary Nurse Midwife, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, Certificate Course in Operation Theatre Attendant and Certificate Course in Home-based care helper.

Our institute has recognition from Punjab State Nursing Council, Indian Nursing Council and affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab. We are looking forward to expand our program to include other courses. Our students are taught and mentored to become professional nurses and nursing leaders by a team of experienced faculty members who are qualified and experienced in clinical area to provide hands on training, and to teach them theory in class rooms.

Our academic programs emphasize critical elements of professional nursing practice. As a result, we produce nurses who are able to practice in dynamic clinical environments like hospital (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary) setup and community area (PHC's, CHC's) by preserving the ethical considerations. The teaching and learning processes in the College of Nursing use innovative student-centered learning methods, such as didactic lectures, Problem solving methods, Fish bowl technique, Case method, simulation Etc. This leads students to value safe, evidence-based practice, and creativity. Our graduates are highly sought out for their abilities to integrate evidence-based practice and use of clinical advances in nursing care.
